Objectives:
- Using high-quality educational support services to decrease the number of people leaving the education system prematurely and supporting career choices
- Improving the teaching competencies of teachers, lecturers, heads of school, and youth workers in order to implement a teaching approach that would support the individual and social development of each student, as well as the development of their learning skills, creativity, and initiative on all levels and types of education
- Modern and innovative means of studying have been introduced
- A school network that takes demographic changes into account and is based on the principles of inclusive education, ensuring equal accessibility to high-quality education in all regions of Estonia
- Studying on the vocational and higher educational level is more in line with labour market needs and supports entrepreneurship
- The share of adults with vocational and professional qualification has increased, peoples’ key competences for lifelong learning have improved, and their competitiveness on the labour market has increased
