A National Strategic Reference Framework, which is a strategic framework document serving as the basis for application of Structural Funds, are prepared for 2007-2013. Three operational programmes will be prepared by socio-economic partners and the European Commission for implementing the strategy:

1) Operational Programme for Development of Human Resources;
2) Operational Programme for Development of Living Environment;
3) Operational Programme for Development of Economic Environment.
 
The operational programmes together with the budgets of the operational programmes regarding the priority axes are fare approved by the European Commission.
